We follow all state laws and regulatory practices as a tattoo shop. If you're considering getting a tattoo please note the following:
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
- You do not have a medical condition that would prevent you from getting a tattoo.
- You are not under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol the day of your appointment.

That you are eighteen years of age old or older. We will not tattoo children, it is against the law!
"It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to tattoo the arm, limb, or any part of
the body of any other person under 18 years of age. Anyone violating the provisions of this
section shall be guilty of a Class 2 misdemeanor."
NC Law § 14-400
Toss A Coin To Your Tattoo Artist...
- We accept cash and credit card. American Express, Visa, Discover, and Mastercard are accepted. (Chip and Pin, Tap To Pay, Apple Pay)
- We do not accept: Keyed in credit card payments (except for deposits done online), swipe-only cards (such as gift cards, some debit cards, older credit cards), checks, money orders, or cryptocurrency (aka fake money). No Exceptions.
- Deposits are not refundable if you decide to cancel an appointment.
- We don't offer refunds for tattoo services already rendered. You can't return a tattoo.
- Attempted customer chargebacks will be persued to the furthest extent of the law. We take credit card fraud seriously.
- Tips are much appreciated and encouraged! 100% of tips go directly to the artist who does your tattoo.
